NEW COURSE! Taking action on domestic violence: using the law to protect women and children
Update yourself on developments in the law on domestic violence injunctions and child contact. This course will give you an understanding of recent changes to the law including choosing a civil or criminal law remedy, the enforcement of non-molestation orders and restraining orders. The course will also explore the law on child contact in domestic violence cases, the role of CAFCASS and the new law on the enforcement of contact orders. In addition to full training notes and materials you will receive a copy of both our Domestic Violence DIY Injunction Handbook and Child Contact Handbook.
